Scholarship Type: Medical/Nursing Scholarship Amount: One $2,500 scholarship Residency Requirements: Southwest MO School Requirements: Must attend University of Missouri-Columbia Medical School Eligibility Requirements: 1. Must have pre-medical education, preferably obtained at a Missouri college/university 2. Must have acceptance to the University of Missouri Medical School - Columbia 3. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA - SAR Giving limited to residents of Southwest MO.

Parent must have been employed at EFCO for 3-year minimum (applicant cannot be child of EFCO officer or board member) 2. Must attend four-year college/university the semester following the award 3. Demonstrate financial need by providing FAFSA, EFC confirmation form.

Must be of at least 15 years of age 2. Must have exhibited breeding beef cattle at the Ozark Empire Fair for at least two years 3. Participation in other livestock activities or awards received at the Ozark Empire Fair 4. Volunteer service at the Ozark Empire Fair 5. Short essay and letter of recommendation required 6. Achievements in agriculture 7. School activities

Must have completed 12 credit hours, including 3 hr of religious studies 2. 3.0 GPA 3. Completed or currently enrolled in REL 131 or REL 332 4. Preference to full-time religious studies major or minor 5. Recipient must complete 3 hours of religious studies during the academic year
