Hugh and Mabelle Scott Memorial Music Scholarship

This award offers a scholarship of up to $1,000 for those who plan to major in the field of Music. Awards are based upon the pool of qualified applicants. Requirements: Pursue a degree and career in the field of music.

Helen L. Siebert Scholarship

This award offers a scholarship of up to $500, for a student who will attend Purdue University with preference given to those students majoring in the field of Family and Consumer Science. Scholarship award amounts vary from year to year. Awards are made based upon the pool of qualified applicants. Requirements: Be in the top 10% of this year’s graduating class

Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship

The Lilly Endowment Inc. designed its program to raise the level of educational attainment in Indiana and increase awareness of Indiana’s community foundations’ commitment to improve the quality of life for the state’s residents. The Endowment will provide all funding necessary for awarding as many as two scholarships in each to the counties we serve: Clark, Floyd and Harrison. The scholarship provides full tuition to any four-year accredited Indiana college or university, public or private. Additionally, an annual stipend of up to $800 is awarded for books and required fees.Requirements – Applicants must:

IBEW Local 153 Scholarship Program

Eligibility: * Biological or dependent children (as determined by the IRS) including step- children who live more than 50 percent of the time in the household of active union members in good standing who are contributing to the Electrical Industry Advancement Fund. If insufficient applicants are gathered from this group, IUSB will consider biological grandchildren and then current spouses (in that order) of active union members in good standing. * Applicants must be formally admitted to IUSB and can pursue study in any IUSB undergraduate degree program, including associate and bachelor degrees. Full or part-time, as well as beginning and transfer applicants will be considered. Award: * The scholarship will award up to 30 percent of the per-credit hour tuition cost of attendance at IUSB as well as a book stipend. The book stipend award will be calculated at $10 per credit hour up to $153.00 each semester. Number: * One new award is given each year. Scholarships may be renewed for up to eight semesters. Dr. Richmond E. Calvin Scholarship Program

Eligibility: * Black/African American sophomore, junior, or senior student at Indiana University South Bend. * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in education with the intention of pursuing a career in education. Award: * $1,000 per year ($500 per full-time semester) for tuition and required fees. This scholarship is renewable for an additional two years. Number: * Number of awards is based on funds available each year.

Vince Peterson Scholarship

Eligibility: * Enrolled in the graduate Counseling and Human Services program and pass the Orientation to Counseling course in the fall and be selected for the next class, beginning in the spring. * Be a member of a class of students underrepresented in the field of Counseling and Human Services; defined as Black, Hispanic, male. * Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and satisfactory progress toward completing the MS Degree in Counseling and Human Services. * Enroll in at least one three credit course each semester during which the scholarship is received. Award: * A $2,000 scholarship is disbursed each year (spring, summer and fall semesters), based on enrollment, at $500 per three credit class. The initial award begins during the spring semester and ends the next fall semester. * The scholarship is renewable upon application each December if the above criteria are met, for a total of three years or $6,000. Wilbert Buth Music Scholarship

Trinity Lutheran graduate going to CPHS, Merrillville HS or Hanover HS majoring in music. Two $1,500 scholarships non-renewable Giving limited to northwestern IN, including the Crown Point area.

NADCA Indiana Chapter 25 Scholarship

Final selection by the NADCA Indiana Chapter 25 Scholarship Committee will be based on the criteria listed below. There are six major categories and each has equal weight. Within each category, the criteria is listed in descending order It is important that you have your entire FEF profile completed to be considered for this scholarship. Residency: 1. Resident of Central Indiana 2. Resident of Indiana (outside of above) 3. Resident of a state adjacent to Indiana Education: 1. Attending an FEF school in the State of Indiana 2. Attending an Indiana school 3. Attending an FEF school in a state adjacent to Indiana Preferences: 1. Given to candidates pursuing programs deemed most useful to the die casting industry 2. Given to candidates with the best scholastic record Work Experience: 1. Currently in co-op program involving the die casting industry 2. Work experience in the die casting industry 3. Work experience in the cast metal industry 4. Any manufacturing work experience Relationships: 1. If you know a NADCA Chapter 25 member, provide that name & relationship 2. If you have worked for/with a Chapter 25 member, provide that name Other: Provide any other information about yourself that you feel would help the scholarship committee with the selection process.

AT&T Foundation Scholarship

Scholarship Value: $5,000 Classifications: Undergraduate Junior Minimum GPA: 3.0 Eligible Majors: Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems Eligible Schools: UNCF Member Colleges and Universities Eligible Locations: Missouri, California, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma Scholarship Detail: AT&T Foundation will award scholarships in the amount of $5,000 to selected recipients within their three service areas: Midwestern Region, Southwestern Region and the state of California.

HSF/ Procter & Gamble Company Scholarship

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Procter & Gamble Company have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino undergraduates pursuing degrees in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). The award amount is $2,500. Eligibility Requirements: * Be of Hispanic heritage * Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired) * Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale * Must major in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field * Must currently reside in one of the following locations: o Chicago, IL o Dallas, TX o Georgia o Houston, TX o Indiana o Kentucky o McAllen, TX o Miami, FL o New York o North Carolina o Ohio o San Antonio, TX o Los Angeles metropolitan area * Have plans to enroll FULL-TIME in a degree seeking program at a U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam * Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Roy L. Crume Trust

Scholarship awards to graduating seniors of Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Grant, Howard, Miami, and Tipton counties, Indiana, attending a trade school, college, or university after graduation. Application form required. Please contact the foundation for more information.

D.J. and Rose Nidetz Scholarship
