Joshua Esch Mitchell Aviation Scholarship

Student is a United States citizen, enrolled full or part-time at a college or university in the United States providing an accredited flight science curriculum. Applicants must be second year students or above with a minimum 2.75 GPA pursuing studies in the field of professional pilot with an emphasis in general aviation, Aviation Management, or Aviation Safety. A valid pilot’s certificate (not to include a Student Certificate) is required. A letter of recommendation from a professional in the aviation field is required.

Keith C. VanderHyde Scholarship

Student is a senior or graduate of Ottawa Hills HS pursuing a full time undergraduate degree, have financial need and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Miller Johnson West Michigan Diversity Law School Scholarship

Student is of ethnic minority status accepted to or presently attending an accredited law school within the U.S. and has a permanent residence in Michigan. Must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Patricia & Armen Oumedian Scholarship

Student is a full-time student at Kettering or transferring from GRCC to Kettering. Must be a resident of West Michigan or currently be employed by a West Michigan Kettering Co-op employer, demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 (85) GPA.

U-M Alumnae Club (University of Michigan) Scholarship

Student is a female undergraduate or graduate level student entering the 2nd year or above at the University of Michigan, with a permanent residency (3 year minimum) in Kent or adjoining counties of Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, or Ottawa. Must have financial need and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Vivian M. Kommer Scholarship

Student is a senior at West Catholic HS entering undergraduate studies in business or pre-law. Must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Warner Norcross & Judd Law School Scholarship

Student is of ethnic minority status accepted to or presently attending an accredited law school within the U.S. and has a permanent residence in Michigan or will be attending a Michigan Law School.

Warner Norcross & Judd Paralegal Assistant Scholarship

Student is of ethnic minority status majoring in paralegal studies at an accredited program. Must be a Michigan resident and demonstrate financial need.

Buckley Schools Marie Guyton Scholarship Endowment

Three scholarships will be awarded each year to seniors at Buckley Community Schools planning to attend an accredited college, university or trade school. 1. Marie Guyton Valedictorian Scholarship 2. Eleanor Smith Salutatorian Scholarship 3. Marie Guyton Leadership ScholarshipNo application will be necessary for students to qualify for the Marie Guyton Valedictorian and Eleanor Smith Salutatorian scholarships as the scholarships will be awarded to the valedictorian and salutatorian of each senior class at Buckley Community Schools.The Marie Guyton Leadership Scholarship application will be available each spring. Recipients will be chosen by a committee of Buckley Community Schools staff and volunteers.Marie Guyton Leadership Scholarship Requirements: * Must be a graduating senior of Buckley Community Schools * Candidate must hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 * Must be planning to attend an accredited college, university or trade school

Camp Roy-El Scholarship Endowment

Available to college-level juniors and seniors currently completing undergraduate degrees at Michigan-based colleges and universities. Applicants must be pursuing a profession dedicated to working with persons with disabilities and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Possible fields may include allied health, nursing, medicine, occupational therapy and physical therapy or students in social work and special education. Previous applicants are eligible to apply.

Central Lake School District Osborn Scholarship Endowment

The Central Lake School District Osborn Scholarship Endowment supports annual scholarship awards for graduating seniors from Central Lake Public Schools that are in the top 20 percent of their class and demonstrate strong academic performance.

Miss Elk Rapids Scholarship Endowment

Support educational scholarships for the Miss Elk Rapids Scholarship Pageant winners. Information about participation in the Miss Elk Rapids Scholarship Program and Pageant, contact pageant director, Sara McGuire at (231) 645-9676. No application required
