Marie Anderson Fitz Scholarship

Eligibility:# Open to: Sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate members and alumnae members of chapters in Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska# Additional Criteria: none

Molly Kerrigan Six/Des Moines Alumnae Chapter

Eligibility:Open to: Sophomore, junior, graduate students or alumnae returning to school and members of any Theta chapter who are residents of the Greater Des Moines Area, or a member of Beta Kappa Chapter/Drake

Activia Training Annual Scholarship Award

Activia Training are pleased to offer a $1,500 annual scholarship for college, university, high school or trade school students in the US. There is no specific course of study required, and you can use the money in whatever way that you feel benefits your studies the most. There will be two scholarship awards of $750 each year, awarded in November and May as follows: - The video winner will receive $500 - The essay format winner will receive $250 Furthermore, all entries adjudged to be of a suitable standard will be eligible for an “expenses award” as follows: - YouTube videos: $20 - Blog articles: $15 To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be at least 16 years of age and attending, or have secured a place, at a college, university, high school or trade school in the US. Myron J. Walker Scholarship

RIMS Chicago Chapter Scholarship

Criteria: Undergraduate students attending a college or university in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin Full-time student (12 hours or more per term)* undergraduate junior/senior Field of study – normally a major or minor in a risk-management discipline Career objectives in risk management GPA of 3.0 or higher Relevant work experience Leadership skills Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college/university Application Package: A complete application typically requires the application, an essay, a resume, and a transcript. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Chapter 23 - Quad Cities Scholarship

Criteria: Scholarship applicants must be seeking a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology or integrated fg systems. Scholarship applicants must possess an overall minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 point scale. The scholarship can be used only as a credit toward books, fees, or tuition. When making the selection of recipients, the scholarship committee will give consideration to the following preferences: First preference - given to a scholarship applicant who is an active SME Student Chapter member, is an SME Member or is a child, grandchild, or step child of a registered SME member or student member. Second preference - given to a applicant who are residents of Iowa or Illinois and attending an Iowa or Illinois college or university. Third Preference - given to students who are residents of the state of Iowa or Illinois. Fourth preference - will be given to applicants who attend a college or university located in Iowa or Illinois.

Belles of the American Royal (BOTAR) Presidents’ Scholarship

Provides four AFA Leader and Academic Scholarships to female, Midwest agriculture students with a special interest in agriculture education . This scholarship provides a $3,200 academic tuition/fees scholarship, $1,000 registration fee for AFA Leaders Conference and the opportunity for the student to attend the BOTAR General Membership Meeting in January of her initial scholarship selection year. This scholarship is renewable up to three times if all scholarship requirements are fulfilled and at the discretion of the BOTAR committee. If a student receives this scholarship an additional three times, she will be asked to attend the BOTAR General Membership Meeting in her senior year as well, to share about her experiences. Students eligible to receive the AFA Leader and Academic Scholarship provided by BOTAR must: Be a female student pursuing a four-year degree in Agriculture Education or related field in the Midwest. Attend the BOTAR General Membership Meeting in January of her initial scholarship selection year. Meet all the AFA scholarship criteria and requirements listed above.

Beane Family Foundation

Giving scholarships for higher education. (Please contact the foundation for more information.) Limited to residents of Iowa and Ohio.

SelectSpace Scholarship

Selectspace scholarship At SelectSpace Partitions, we are proud to offer a scholarship program for students in the process of pursuing a college degree. The awarded student will receive $500 to be used towards expenses for his or her degree. Who may apply? U.S. citizens accepted to or currently attending a college or university within the United States. The winner will be required to provide proof of acceptance to your college or university, or a college transcript. Deadline: Applications must be submitted via the web form by November 30. Next Steps: The award recipient will be notified of the selection on or around December 31. The scholarship award is to be used exclusively for school tuition or related expenses. A check for $500 will be made payable to the award recipient’s college or university. The recipient is expected to submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations.

Bishop Educational Trust

Scholarships given to IA residents to attend college in IA. Application form required. Deadline(s): June 1 of each academic year Limited to residents of Iowa, with emphasis on the Muscatine area.

Rex & Christine Bishop Perpetual Scholarship Fund for Iowa Valley Community School District

Scholarship awards to students from the Iowa Valley Community School District, who are attending trade and technical schools or colleges within IA. Some giving to school district. Application form required. Deadline(s): May 2 Limited to residents of Iowa.
