PRSA-Hawai‘i/Roy Leffingwell Public Relations Scholarship
Requirements: Major in Public Relations, Journalism or Communications and intend to pursue a career in public relations. Be a college junior, senior or graduate student.
Raymond F. Cain Scholarship Fund
Requirements: Major or concentrate in a field related to Landscape Architecture. Minimum GPA of 2.7. Demonstrate financial need. Be a resident of Hawaii.
Richie Gregory Fund
Requirements: Major in Art.
Robanna Fund
Description:The Robanna Fund was created in 1992 to provide financial assistance to students in the medical field so that they may pursue careers in the health care profession. Requirements: Be an undergraduate majoring in a health-related field.
Rosemary & Nellie Ebrie Foundation Scholarship
Requirements: Be a long-time resident born and currently living on the island of Hawai‘i. Be of Hawaiian ancestry.
Safeway Foundation Hawaii Scholarship Fund
Requirements: Attend a college or university in Hawai'i. Minimum GPA (grade point average) of 3.0. Preference for current and past employees of Safeway Hawaii & their dependents. Extra Data Required:Name of Safeway Hawaii employee (if applicable)
Sarah Rosenberg Teacher Education Fund
Requirements: Be a resident of the island of Hawai‘i. Major in Education. Be a college senior.
Shirely McKown Scholarship Fund
Requirements: Major in Journalism, Advertising or Public Relations. Be a junior, senior or graduate student. Attend a four-year college or university. Minimum GPA 3.0.
Shuichi, Katsu & Itsuyo Suga Scholarship
Requirements: Major in Math, Physics, Science & Technology. Minimum GPA 3.0
Snipes-Meyer-Vorhies Nursing Scholarship Fund
Requirements: Be enrolled as a student majoring in nursing at Maui Community College, with preference given to students in the Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing or the Certificate of Achievement (CA) programs. Minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduate programs; 2.0 for AS and CA programs. Personal statement must include applicant's current and planned community service. Preference may be given to students of Hawaiian ancestry.
The Tongan Cultural Society Scholarship
Requirements: Be of primarily Tongan ancestry. Attend school in Hawai‘i.
Toraji & Toki Yoshinaga Scholarship
Requirements: Attend Brigham Young University-Hawai‘i, Chaminade University, Hawai‘i Pacific University or Heald College. Be a sophomore.
