Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship
Through the Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship Program, the ACFE Foundation supports the education of collegiate accounting and criminal justice students around the globe.
ELIGIBILITY
ACFE Foundation scholarships are open to U.S. and International students. The Scholarships are U.S. $1,000 and include a one-year ACFE Student Associate membership. Scholarships will be paid directly to the student’s university.
To be eligible the applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student, currently enrolled full-time (9 semester hours undergraduate; 6 semester hours post-graduate, or equivalent per term) at an accredited four-year college or university (or equivalent) with a declared major or minor in accounting, business, finance, or criminal justice.
The following persons are not eligible for the Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship:
* Past winners of the scholarship
* Junior college, community college, and high school students (including graduating seniors)
* Students who are related to any officer, director, or substantial contributor of the ACFE Foundation, or to any member of the ACFE Foundation Scholarship Committee
AH&LEF Graduate Scholarship
Eligibility:•If the applicant has an undergraduate degree in hospitality or four years employment in the lodging industry after graduation then he/she can be enrolled in any graduate program related to his/her career within the industry (i.e. hospitality, business, accounting, human resources, etc.) If the applicant does not have an undergraduate degree in hospitality management or the four years post graduate lodging work experience, then he/she must be enrolled in a graduate hospitality management program. •Enrollment can be full or part-time.•Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.•Be a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident.
Marsha Marie Trent Award
Available to business related majors in the Business Department To reward those students who have demonstrated consistent and outstanding academic achievement in high school and college and tend to be a worthy student of good character. For students with proven academic records, financial need or demonstrated leadership potential in any area. Instructions for Application: 1. All applicants must attach academic official transcripts to their applications.
Imagine America High School Scholarship
The Imagine America Foundation created its Imagine America High School Scholarship Program in 1998 to help provide scholarships for high school students. This annual scholarship program has helped thousands of high school seniors afford a career education at hundreds of career schools across the United States. Each year, every high school in the United States and Puerto Rico may nominate up to five graduating seniors to receive a $1,000 Imagine America scholarship!
Minbanc Foundation Scholarship Program
Scholarship Criteria: * A maximum of $3,000 in scholarships can be awarded per bank, per calendar year. * Scholarships are offered as tuition reimbursement. Travel and any expenses (hotel, meals, etc.) related to attending the course(s) are not eligible for reimbursement. * Scholarships are awarded to employees at the management or officer level. * Scholarship requests are viewed and approved on a quarterly basis. * Scholarship requests are accepted on a rolling basis, but must be submitted for coursework completed within the last (90) days.In accordance with Minbanc bylaws, scholarships are awarded only for banking-related courses. Courses must be relevant to the management of a financial institution or address current banking-industry issues, etc. General management courses or courses related to an individual’s continuation of a college or university degree program do not qualify for a Minbanc scholarship.
The New York Life Excellence Award
In continuous effort to recognize high achievers, NSCS is proud to present "The New York Life Excellence Award." This award is made possible by New York Life and will provide five (5) NSCS members with majors in or plans to pursue a career in insurance/financial service related fields with a scholarship of $1,000 each.Eligibility * Must have a 3.4 G.P.A. * Must be attending an accredited University. * Must be active NSCS member * Must create a profile on www.koda.us/nscs. Your Koda Profile must be at least 80% completed. (This is indicated on the koda.us website). * Students must be majoring/or plan to pursue insurance/financial services related fields. * Please note, all scholarships funds will be disbursed directly to the school.
