Fine Arts Scholarships
Here are some of the Fine Arts scholarships on our site for which you may qualify.
* One scholarship awarded annually worth up to US$10,000 per annum * For study at the undergraduate and graduate levels with preference given to the latter * Approved fields of study are the fine, visual and performing arts, as well as arts education * Samples or work and/or auditions and interviews are required * Candidates must fill out the Academic Scholarship Application Form as well as the Arts Supplement Form Giving primarily in the Bahamas.
Intend to pursue a degree in art or an art-related field. Limited to residents of central Indiana region.
Over $1,700,000 in tuition scholarships are being offered in both degree and diploma programs to Florida high school graduates. These scholarships are available in such diverse specialties as business administration, electronic engineering technology, drafting and computer assisted design, secretarial, fashion merchandising and design, accounting, cartooning/illustration, court reporting, professional mariner, culinary arts, hospitality management, private investigation, nail and skin care technology, respiratory therapy technician, travel and tourism, cosmetology, video film production and recording arts, automotive service technology, photography, industrial design technology, music and video business, allied health administration, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, paralegal studies, interior design, therapeutic massage, rescue and advanced open water diving, cardiovascular technologist, visual communication, medical or dental assisting and other business, health care and technical/career fields.
For residents of Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties who are pursuing fine or performing arts beyond their freshman year. One $500 award was made in previous year.

Eligibility Criteria:•Must be of Hispanic background•Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in the United States or Puerto Rico•Must be studying at an accredited university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for the upcoming academic year•Must be (or plan to be) enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student for the upcoming academic year•Must have earned and maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale•Must demonstrate financial need•Must be studying a major that falls under the Other Majors Application
Film & Fiction Scholarships provide up to $10,000 to students pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree and who share an appreciation for the potential and promise of a free society. During the past ten years, IHS has awarded more than $270,000 in scholarships.Students pursuing MFAs in a variety of areas are eligible:film directing • production • screenwritingplaywriting • fiction writingThe scholarship can be used towards tuition and expenses, and is open to students pursuing an MFA full-time.
The College of Fine Arts awards a limited number of performance-bases Presidential Scholarships for students with high academics and outstanding talent. These awards are half-tuition waivers for either in-state or out-of-state students. The Presidential Scholarship is awarded for a maximum of eight semesters of undergraduate study provided the student maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
The Department of Art awards a limited number of four-year performance scholarships to incoming freshmen in recognition of outstanding talent, leadership, and academic record. Recipients of the Fine Art Scholarships will receive $1,000 a year to apply to educational expenses at the university. This scholarship is renewable for a total of eight semesters provided the student maintains a cumulative GP A of 3.0.
Art majors who are currently enrolled at Ball State are eligible to apply for scholarship money each year. To be eligible for scholarships, students must be currently enrolled as an art major and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 overall and a 3.5 GPA in their major in art. Applications are reviewed on the basis of a portfolio of work, essay, resume, and academic record. Scholarship applications are updated yearly and made available in April. Award winners are notified in June.
Awarded yearly to outstanding sophomore, junior, or senior art majors.
The recipient must have and maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
