Norbert H. & Joan LaSee Scholarship

(2 scholarships of $608 each for Marshfield High School;2 scholarships of $608 each for Columbus Catholic High School)Mr. & Mrs. LaSee established their scholarship fund with theCommunity Foundation in 1998. W. Lawson King Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility- Applicant must be enrolled in an agriculture related curriculum - Be a currently enrolled 4-H member who has completed at least two (2) years of 4-H work in MarylandOR- Is a Maryland 4-H Alumni(ae) having been enrolled in Maryland 4-H for a minimum of two (2) years prior to graduating from 4-HApplication Requirements- Candidates submitting a Maryland 4-H Foundation Scholarship Award Application must be planning to enroll in an accredited college, university or post high school program in the fall of the year in which the application is made.- Scholarship award applications are to be postmarked by June 1st of the year in which the scholarship application is made.- The Scholarship Award Application must be type written or filled out in black ink and signed by the candidate.- Candidates must provide documentation as to:o Financial needo High School Scholastic Record/ Unofficial transcript from post-high school institutiono Leadership Abilities and resourcefulnesso 4-H Backgroundo A letter of recommendation from high school counselor, county/city 4-H educator, or college advisor

Ted Rollins Eco Scholarship 

Ted Rollins and Valeo Partners award a $1,000 scholarship twice each year to one talented student who is majoring in a field related to sustainability. This money may be used to pay for tuition, books or living expenses. Who Qualifies: * High school seniors and college undergraduate students. * Major (or plans to major) in a field related to sustainability. * Must plan to take at least 10 credit hours during the fall 2018 semester. Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate Scholarship Program

The Fund currently grants four $10,000 scholarships each year to Texas high school students. The scholars must attend a Texas institution in pursuit of a four-year bachelor degree in an agricultural or life sciences curriculum. They must enroll in and complete at least twelve hours each semester. The scholarships are granted through and administered by 4-H and FFA. The Fund stays in touch with its scholars' progress through reports from 4-H and FFA as well as direct communication with the scholars.

Curtis Stern Memorial Scholarship

The initial purpose of the Fund is to financially assist students who are interested in the field of agriculture with special emphasis on sunflower production, promotion or research. Preference will be given to students who are in their last two years of undergraduate studies or in graduate level studies and have maintained at least a cumulative 3.0 gpa on a 4.0=A scale. Application deadline is May 15th and will be awarded by July 15th. The award amount may vary each year, but will be at least $1,000.

Monroe Scheflo Memorial Scholarship

Each year the U.S. Durum Growers Association shall recommend a recipient for the award. The first priority for the award shall be for North Dakota Agriculture Foundation Fellowship Program participants attending the Bottineau Branch of the North Dakota State University.
