Scholarship Description
Criteria: Recipient must be a Berkeley County high-school graduate. A scholarship may be applied toward any year of study in a four-year college or university. Preference will be given to students attending a college or university located in West Virginia. N. Blaine Groves/Rotary Scholarships are first year students at this time. An applicant must reapply each year to be considered.Students are required to meet their school’s deadline, or submit scholarship application by the first Monday in March, each year.
