Eligibility: Delaware County residents Entering College, University or Art school Majoring in Art On separate sheets, please provide the following:1. A resume. Give any information, about yourself, that will help the Scholarship Committee see who you are, including: awards, honors, leadership roles, high school activities, community service and employment.2.
