Scholarship Description
This scholarship supports an emergency nurse pursuing an advanced degree. It was established in memory of Karen M. O’Neil, who was a recipient of an ENA Foundation Scholarship herself. Karen was a unique individual whose involvement and dedication to her profession touched her patients, colleagues and her community. Karen, her family, and her friends have provided this opportunity as a way to remember her tireless energy, uplifting spirit, and commitment to emergency nursing. Applicants must be ENA members for a minimum of twelve (12) months prior to applying.
