Eligibility Requirements:
Instrumental (band & orchestra) students presently in 4th through 9th grade
Vocal students presently in 8th or 9th grade
Resident of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee or Racine County
Have never had private music lessons on their instrument/voice
Family has demonstrated financial need
