Scholarship Description
Scholarship awards will be made annually to one or more deserving students who are citizens of Spartanburg County and who are pursuing careers in the performing and visual arts. In making scholarship awards, the Awards Committee shall consider the following matters with respect to potential recipients: (1) character, (2) financial need, and (3) artistic potential.
