Scholarship Description
The Fine Arts Grants are awarded biennially in two categories, Performing Arts and Visual Arts. The next Performing Arts awards will be given in instrumental Music (Stringed instruments only: violin, cello, double bass, harp, and classical guitar) and the next Visual Arts award will be given in Painting (all media). A maximum of one $5,000 first place grant, one $3,000 second place grant, and one $1,000 third place grant may be given in each category, and will be paid over a two year period. Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree and complete the applications in full. Grants are intended for a graduate degree program or an extensive in-depth project which would enable the applicant to grow professionally. Alpha Delta Kappa members are eligible to apply. Applicants shall not have received an International scholarship or grant from Alpha Delta Kappa within the past two years. Previous first place winners are ineligible.
