Scholarship Description
A scholarship applicant must be a resident of California and between a junior in high school to a senior in an accredited college or university. Graduate students are not eligible. Otherwise, KAGRO Foundation scholarships are open to all eligible applicants regardless of race, sex or national origin. All eligible applicants will be evaluated by the following criteria: scholastic achievement, good citizenship and involvement in their community, future potential and aspiration and financial need.
