Scholarship Description
The State of Idaho Scholarship Program was established by Legislature to encourage talented Idaho high school graduates to pursue postsecondary education at an Idaho college or university. It is awarded on the basis of academic merit. To qualify, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Idaho and a graduating senior of an Idaho high school; must take the ACT examination; and must enroll as a full-time student in an academic or technical program at an Idaho college or university. Professional Technical applicants must take the COMPASS.
