Scholarship Description
Established by Dr. and Mrs. Charles Seward to benefit Native American graduating high school seniors from the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle.
Eligibility
• Graduating senior within the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle
• Exhibit community service and leadership and be career oriented
• Applicant must be employed, preference given to Native Americans
• Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA while in college
• Major in field of choice at Amarillo College or West Texas A&M University
