Scholarship Description
ELIGIBILITY:
The ADA Foundation will consider only one Dental Hygiene Scholarship application from each accredited school, submitted by the school on behalf of their selected student. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicant must be a U.S. citizen. Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student (12 credit hours) in an accredited dental hygiene program; must have a minimum 3.5/4.0 GPA; must have complete grades from at least one semester at the time of application; and must have at least one complete semester remaining in the program.
NOTE: The maximum annual award for the Dental Hygiene Scholarship is $1,000 and is used to defray school expenses such as tuition, fees, books, supplies and living expenses.
