Beyond the Cure Ambassador Scholarship Program

Scholarship Description

Beyond the Cure Ambassador Scholarship Program awards college scholarships are awarded to childhood cancer survivors who have demonstrated the ability to overcome the difficult challenges of cancer with determination and motivation. Forty (40) $3,500 scholarships will be awarded each academic year. To qualify, applicants must be a childhood cancer survivor under the age of 25 and diagnosed before the age of 18 with cancer or a high grade or anaplastic brain tumor. Applicants must be accepted into post-secondary school in the fall 2019. This scholarship requires a 1-2 page essay on what survivorship means to them. Scholarship applications are posted to our website every January and close the following March. To date, the scholarship program has awarded over $1 million in scholarship money to childhood cancer survivors across the country.
