• Sophomore business students majoring in accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Completion of Financial Accounting or Managerial Accounting
• Interest in pursuing a career in accounting in our region
• Leadership ability
• Grade point average of 3.0 or higher
• U.S. citizen or legal resident of the United States
