One graduating female senior from one of the following high schools on a rotational basis as follows: T.C. Roberson (2015), A.C. Reynolds (2016), Asheville High (2017), C.A. Erwin (2018), C.D. Owen (2019), Enka (2020), and North Buncombe (2021).

Contributions to school and community as demonstrated by community service, work experience and/or extracurricular activities
