Scholarship Description
Eligibility
Qualified graduates or graduating high school seniors, including those in a certified home school, who are members of the Cashiers or Highlands communities, and will be attending a North Carolina state college or university or a North Carolina technical school.
Selection Criteria
Strong moral character
Demonstrated financial need
Willingness to learn and pursue an education
Community service (outstanding contributions to school and community)
Extracurricular activities/work experience/work ethic
