Eligibility
Residents of the 18 westernmost counties who are graduating seniors of a WNC public or private high school or certified home school, and who are relatives of active duty, decorated Vietnam Veterans.
Selection Criteria

Decoration Proof of Sponsor: Vietnam service medal or ribbon (photocopy OK)
Military Proof of Sponsor: DD214 *
Student:
High School diploma or equivalent, in award year
Demonstrated financial need
Sound academic performance
Plans to enroll full-time in college or university, in award year

To apply, students must complete an application online. The application, with required attachments, must be submitted online on or before the deadline.
