It is truly inspiring to see people helping others in need and we salute you for dedicating your life to this purpose.
In recognition of your selflessness, we at ACLS Recertification invite you to join our ACLS Healthcare Training Scholarship Plan and allow us to help you grow and reach your full potential as professionals in this field.
We shall be giving out a $2,000 scholarship to the author of the winning essay and one (1) complimentary pass each to the ACLS Recertification program of their choice (ACLS, BLS, or PALS) valued at $275 to the second and third placers. All three winning entries shall be posted on ACLSRecertification.com.
All you need to do is write a 500 to 1000-word essay telling us how you feel about providing emergency medical care wherein you shall be called to provide life support from the basic to the more advanced cardiac or pediatric life support. Share with us your experience with lifesaving techniques if you have assisted someone in the past, what you did, how you felt and how the situation was resolved. If not, let us know how you will handle being in these lifesaving situations in the future as well as what kind of preparation you have undertaken to be able to do so.
Don’t worry, we are not going to judge it based on ACLS correctness. Instead, we shall evaluate it based on your sincerity, persuasiveness and the overall cohesion and effectiveness of your essay.
