Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be able to demonstrate that finding WGU Missouri is a lifesaver. Examples might include:
Individuals who are currently unemployed and require a respected degree to re-enter the workforce. Note: Verification of unemployment may be required; various WGU Missouri nursing programs require incoming students to be currently employed as an RN in order to be admitted to the program — please check your program’s requirements before you apply for this scholarship.
Individuals with extenuating financial circumstances.
Individuals attending a school that is closing.
Other requirements:
Complete an application for admission to WGU Missouri.
Submit official transcripts of all prior college work demonstrating a minimum of 60 college credits earned.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Be officially admitted to WGU Missouri.
Interview with a WGU Scholarship Counselor prior to award decision.
