Scholarship Description
Over the past 18 years, Portage Rotary Charities has designated funds from its treasury to assist worthy Portage area students with their higher education expenses through the distribution of several scholarship ranging from $500 to $3,000.

Residency in Portage
Academic achievement
Citizenship
Dedication to community service
Financial need
The scholarships are designated for tuition expenses only and are paid directly to the students’ colleges of choice.
Applications may be obtained from guidance counselors offices in public and private Portage area high-schools, Kalamazoo Regional Educational Services office, or Kalamazoo Valley Community College, or may also be printed from the Portage Rotary website homepage.
