Scholarship Description
The CollegeCounts Scholarship Program is designed to offer financial assistance to Alabama students who plan to enroll in Alabama colleges and universities. This is a one-time award being offered to high school seniors or first-time college freshmen. It will provide $4,000 to qualified recipients enrolling in four-year schools and $2,000 to those enrolling in two-year schools. Scholarships may be applied to tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment. Eligible students may apply online beginning January 2, 2013 at www.collegecountsalabama.com.
