Scholarship Description
The Tom O’Brien Scholarship Fund was established by O’Brien Beach Building, Inc. in 2004 to help Currituck County students pursue education in the building trades, from engineering to masonry and other related careers. Applicants must have good academic standing, demonstrate a financial need, and plan to attend a college, community college or technical school or institute.
