Scholarship Description
Created in 1992 and named after the late golf professional at Salem and North Andover Country Clubs, this award is limitedto an Ouimet Scholar from the North Shore, Marshfield or Cape Cod with fine academic credentials and outstanding golf service.To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must have completed at least two years service to golf as caddies, helpers in the pro shop, or course superintendent operations at a club in Massachusetts. The awards are “need-based” and assist with tuition at accredited undergraduate institutions.
