This scholarship was established in 2002 in honor of Ruth Buck Kissel by her daughter Bobbie Escolas. The recipient must be majoring in Graphic Arts. * Minimum GPA of 3.0 * Pursuing an associates degree in Graphic Arts * Entering freshman or returning student * Enrolled full-time * May be a U.S. citizen but it is not required
