Scholarship Description
The Bristol Yale Club was established in 1905 as a social and networking group for graduates of Yale University. Over the years its members have assisted many students wishing to attend Yale University. In 1999, club members decided to take a portion of the existing scholarship fund and establish the Bristol Yale Scholarship Fund, which would assist students pursuing a variety of post secondary opportunities and wishing to secure their education at other institutions as well.Eligibility Requirements:? Open to students from Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington and Wolcott? Academic achievement? Financial need? Community involvement? Good moral character? Two letters of recommendationEssay Requirement: Write a brief essay demonstrating your community involvement and good moral character.
