* Scholarship Type: Merit-based. * Eligibility Criteria: Sophomore or junior (when applying) with a 3.0+ GPA at SUNY Cortland. Must be permanent resident of one of the following Western New York counties: Erie , Niagara , Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Orleans , Livingston , Genesee , Wyoming. Applicant must exhibit outstanding character, community involvement and participation in Cortland activities. * Award: $1,000.
