# Eligibility Criteria: This scholarship, established by Joan Steiner Blank 73 and her husband Charles Blank, was created with the intention to recognize students with high academic achievement (3.0 GPA) and demonstrated financial need. # Award: Renewable award of up to $1,000. # Continuation of Funding: Continuation of funding based on student maintaining a 3.0 GPA and showing need. # Application: Interested students must also complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as well. Please check with the foundation the availability of the scholarship. Giving limited to Cortland, NY.
