# Scholarship Type: Merit/Need-based. # Eligibility Criteria: Established by Gail Reed for a student participating in the SUNY Cortland Study Abroad Program. Ms. Reed made this scholarship possible to recognize the profound impact on her life that her own study abroad experience had and to acknowledge and thank the founder of the program, Dr. Willi Uschald. This scholarship will be awarded to a student with demonstrated financial need and high academic achievement. # Award: One-time award of up to $1,000. # Application: Contact the Office of International Programs.
