# Scholarship Type: Merit/Need based. # Eligibility Criteria: Presented to full-time, second-semester sophomores or full-time juniors who have attended SUNY Cortland for at least two full semesters, have a minimum 3.2 GPA and have contributed to the College community. Candidates are considered on leadership ability and character. Award amounts are based on financial need. # Award: Amount of awards are determined annually. # Nine awards are given and are named in honor of past SUNY Cortland Presidents.
