# Scholarship Type: Need-based. # Eligibility Criteria: This scholarship, established by David E. 53 and Mildred Hennessy, was created to support Cortland County students who have a significant financial need that is not otherwise met by state, federal or other grants/scholarships. # Award: One-time award of up to $2,000. # Availability: Not yet available. # Application: No application necessary. Interested students should speak with their financial aid advisor to be given consideration. A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be filed.
