Scholarship Description
The purpose of the Stevek Scholarship is to provide financial need-based scholarships to Stratton Mountain Ski School Freestyle Competition participants to cover all or a part of the following expenses: ski pass, Allegro Program fee, competition fee and equipment. Applications will be ranked based on financial need, character/sportsmanship, academic achievement and freestyle competition accomplishments, in that order. Awards up to $2,500 will be granted. Other Application Requirements: ? Character/sportsmanship reference from coach(es) at the Stratton Mountain Ski School. (May be sent with application or under separate cover.) ? Essay: How has Freestyle Competition affected you individually and your goals for your future? ? Transcript of your grades through the most recent marking period.
