Criteria: Non-renewable scholarships. Minimum of 2.75 GPA, record of community service, leadership, financial need is considered, resident of Rochester Community School attendance area. Recommendation of Interact Advisor is an asset. Student must demonstrate Rotary’s motto, “Service above self.”
