You are eligible if… ___ you are a graduate of Alpena H.S. ___ your GPA is 2.8 or higher ___ your application includes a signed release form to allow the financial aid office of the University of Michigan to release need-based information. Priority will be given, but is not limited, to students who qualify for need-based financial aid. Giving limited to Alpena County, MI.
