Scholarship Description

Gabbard-Hylton was established in 2013 from the bequest of Majorie G. Hylton. The scholarship fund will be used to provide awards to deserving students from Madison County or Rockcastle County, who will attend Eastern Kentucky University. The scholarship amount varies.
