College Major/Area of Study: Pursuing a degree for a career in Teaching Student Profile: Female college sophomore who is pursuing a career in teaching and is a resident of Ventura County with full-time student status. The award is renewable provided recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and is a full-time student in college. Special Requirements: Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be a consideration. Applicants must be willing to attend a personal interview in the city of San Buenaventura. Average award: $1,000 Average # of awards: 1
