Scholarship Description
Open to African-American, Native American, or Latino students who are currently attending an accredited two-year college in San Diego County and will transfer to a four-year university in San Diego County. Applicants must have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrated financial need, and a commitment to their community as shown by their leadership and volunteer activities.
