Scholarship Description
The Madison & Edith Cooper Scholarship I is open to students who are currently attending and will continue their education at Palomar, Mira Costa, or Miramar Community College. Applicants must have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrated financial need, and be actively involved in serving their community through their involvement in extra-curricular activities, community service, sports, or work experience.
