Scholarship Description
Sponsored by the Talbots Charitable Foundation, a philanthropic program of apparel retailer Talbots. The Talbots Women’s Scholarship Fund is a $100,000 scholarship program that awards five $10,000 scholarships and fifty $1,000 scholarships annually to women seeking a bachelor’s or associate’s degree later in life. Since its inception in 1997, the fund has awarded college scholarships to 330 women ranging in age from their late twenties to their early sixties.
