Scholarship Description

The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Foundation Inc. was established in 1976 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit, public policy, research and educational institute. As envisioned by its founders, the CBC Foundation’s mission is to assist the leaders of today, while helping to prepare a new generation of leaders for the future. Consistent with its mission to provide educational opportunities to a new generation of leaders, the CBC Foundation demonstrates its commitment by sponsoring a number of educational programs. These programs include the CBC Spouses Education Scholarship Fund, the CBC Spouses Cheerios Brand Health Initiative Scholarship, the CBCF Fellows Program and the CBCF Internship Program.
