Scholarship Description
The NHU Scholarship provides qualified students assistance in paying for tuition, fees and textbooks. The NHU Scholarship Committee on the basis of financial need, merit and criteria set by the donor selects scholarship recipients and award amounts for each recipient. The NHU Scholarships are funded by donations from Safeway, the Board of Trustees and other private scholarships including annual participation from the following: Sobrato Development Co. Scholarship Ralph Gluck Memorial Scholarship Jesse Soto Memorial Scholarship Johnson & Johnson Scholarship Rigo Chacon Tardeada Scholarship Charles Schwabb Corp. Scholarship Deadlines for the NHU Scholarship Fund Application are set at approximately two weeks prior to the beginning of each two-month module. Applications are available in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship.
