Eligibility: * Awarded to full- and part-time students. * Incoming freshmen must have at least a 2.0 GPA; returning students must have at least a 2.5 GPA. * Preference will be given to residents of Bloomington and Marion, Fayette, Henry, and Wayne counties of Indiana.
