Scholarship Description
Eligibility: * Awarded to full-time students who have been diagnosed with a life threatening cancer and have financial need. * Preference will be given to applicants who were treated at the IU Medical Center. * At least a 3.0 GPA is required. * The scholarship is renewable. * Applicant must provide a HIPAA authorization for use and disclosure of Protected Health Information to their cancer treatment facility/physician.
