Scholarship Description
Applicants must be Frederick County residents in need of financial aid and who enroll on a full-time basis at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in education. Awards will be based upon the student’s academic achievements, academic promise, financial need, community service, and commitment to becoming a professional educator.
