Scholarship Description
Philip D. Reed award is designed to increase access to careers in the burgeoning area among African American, Latino and American Indian students. Undergraduate students may apply during the second semester sophomore year. Applicants must have a minimum of 3.0/4.0 grade point average and a demonstrated interest in environmental engineering. All applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
